Dream Camp Wyoming

Ten complex emotionally and behaviorally challenged young women from New Jersey State's system-of-care go on a privately funded ‘Dream Camp’ trip of a lifetime, to Big Horn, Wyoming. They explore new opportunities, learn more about themselves and what they can accomplish, and become a community of strong women. ‘Alot of us people in the system don't get to experience things like this, and this is a great chance for us to get out there so people can see we're not just bad kids and we don't just have problems. We're regular people, too, and we want to achieve goals!’

Awards

-'Central Coast Filmmaker's Best Film over 30 Minutes' award from the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival.
-Official Selection of the 'Awareness Film Festival' Student Film.
-Official Selection of the 'International Youth Film Festival' in England, UK.

More information about The Dream Camp Foundation
One of the main goals of 'The Dream Camp Foundation' is to simply EXCITE young adults about some possibilities in different areas that they may not have otherwise had the opportunity to experience, and ENCOURAGE them to explore something that sparks their interest a bit further on their own. We will follow-up to help ensure that they can do so in their home, school, local community, etc., and ultimately share their experience with others.
We want youth to open their eyes to the possibilities out there - let them know that nothing is beyond their means if they dream big, work hard and focus their energies healthily, positively and productively."
